(Board member since 2010) is a lawyer practicing in the Toronto office of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, a full-service law firm with offices across Canada and abroad. Her practice includes a variety of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract and negligence disputes, securities litigation, shareholder disputes and advertising and competition litigation. Since being called to the Ontario bar in 2006, Deborah has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and has represented her clients in private arbitration proceedings and at a large provincial pubic inquiry.
